Hello, I am a blogger who is active as a Joobarious on Naver as a review of mountain hiking. 

 

최근에 티스토리를 시작하면서 어떤 컨텐츠를 담을까 고심했고, 이미 올라갔던(앞으로 올라갈) 산행 후기를 영어로 번역해서 업로드하기로 결정했어요. 한국을 찾은 외국인들 혹은 외국에 있는 랜선 친구들에게 한국의 산을 소개해보면 좋을 것 같아요.

When I started T-story recently, I was thinking about what content to include, and I decided to translate and upload the review of the hikes that had already been uploaded (in the future) into English. It would be nice to introduce the mountains of Korea to foreigners who visited Korea or to friends on the LAN line abroad.

 

산을 좋아하는 마음은 국경의 벽이 없지 않을까 하는 기대감이 있네요.

대둔산 산행 이야기는 두 편으로 구성하였습니다. 이전 이야기가 궁금하시면 아래를 확인해주세요.

The story of the mountain hike to Daedunsan consists of two parts. If you are curious about the previous story, please check below.

 

대둔산

높이는 878m이다. 대둔산은 ‘호남의 금강산’이라고 불리며 천여 개의 암봉이 6㎞에 걸쳐 이어져 수려한 산세를 자랑한다. 대둔(大芚)이라는 명칭은 ‘인적이 드문 벽산 두메산골의 험준하고 큰 산봉우리’를 의미한다.

 

Daedun Mountain
The height is 878m. Daedunsan Mountain is called “Mt. Geumgang in Honam,” and boasts a beautiful mountain landscape with over a thousand rock peaks spanning 6km. The name Daedun (大芚) means ‘the rugged and large mountain peak of Byucksan Dumesangol, where people are rare.’

우리는 마천대(정상) 방향으로 발길을 돌렸고, 두 번째 절경을 만났다.

We turned to Macheondae (top) and met the second superb view.

낙조대와 마천대 가는 사이에 있어요! It's between Nakjodae and Macheondae!

 

우리는 실컷 사진을 찍고 또 찍었어요 사진 찍으러 산에 온 거라면 Yes

한참 회사일에 힘들어 했던 시기라서 나는 산에 있을 때 산에 있는 시간에 더 집중하려 애를 썼어요.

It was a time when I had a hard time working at work, so when I was in the mountains, I tried to focus more on the time in the mountains.

 

그래야 조금 살 것 같았고, 다시 내일을 버틸 수 있는 힘이 났어요. 제 사진만 너무 많죠?

That way, I felt like I could live a little, and I have the strength to endure tomorrow again.
There are just too many pictures of me, right?

 

저랑 같이 산에 가면 열정적으로 사진 찍어줍니다. When I go to the mountains with me, I take pictures with passion.

 

11월이면 아이젠을 챙길 시기는 아닌데 구석에 얼음이 있는 곳이 있었고 실제로 사고의 위험이 있어서 일부 구간은 약간 애를 먹고 통과했어요.

Actually, there was a risk of an accident, so some sections were a little bit difficult to pass through.

 

케이블카를 타고 올라오면 마천대(정상)으로 가는 이정표를 만날 수 있고

If you come up by cable car, You can meet the milestone to Macheondae (top).

 

배티재-낙조대를 지나 쭉 걸어오면 케이블카를 타거나 마천대 정상으로 가는 마지막 우리 여정의 이정표를 만날 수 있어요.

If you walk straight past Baetijae-Nakjodae, you can ride the cable car or meet the milestone of our last journey to the top of Macheondae.

마천대 정상에 도착했습니다. We reached the top of MacheonDae.

 

정상이 신기하게 생겼죠. 정상이 너무 신기하게 생겨서 대둔산을 꼭 오고 싶었는데

The top looks amazing. The top is so mysterious I really wanted to visit Daedunsan Mountain.

 

이미 배티재 낙조대에 마음을 뺏겨서 정상은 감흥이 적었어요.

Macheondae had little inspiration because I was already distracted by the Nakjodae of Baetijae.

산에 내려갈때는 케이블카 타야죠^^ 사실 산에서 케이블카 이용을 반대하거든요

When going down the mountain, you have to take a cable car.

산에 애정이 없는 사람들이 쉽게 와서 쓰레기를 버리고 가는 장면을 많이 봐서 산 만큼은 애정 있는 등산객들이 왔으면 하는 바람입니다. (물론 아닌 등산객들도 있어요)

I saw a lot of scenes where people without affection easily come to the mountain and throw away the trash
As for the mountain, it is a wish for loving hikers to come. (Of course there are hikers who are not)

 

대둔산 케이블카 타보니까 알겠더라고요. I knew after riding the Daedunsan Cable Car.

제일 위에 우뚝 솟은 거 보이시나요? 마천대 정상입니다.

최대한 안전하게 점프(?)를 했습니다....I jumped (?) safely as possible....

당시 편도 케이블카 승차권 가격은 8500원 (2019년).

하산할 때 무릎 관절 통증 부담도 없고 과학기술의 발전 노고에 감사를 드리며케이블카를 타고 편안히 하산했어요
